Friday Favorites

I was an 80's child and along with Cindy Lauper and Madonna, Michael Jackson was one of my favorites. I had his tapes, practiced his dance moves and watched the Thriller video over and over, even though it scared me. While the grown-up Irene is sad about his death, I think the 5 year-old Irene is even more heartbroken. Here are some of my MJ faves.

    So true about the adult me being sad, but the 80's child in me being heartbroken. As I said before, MJ provided many, many songs on the soundtrack of my life.

    I so absolutely agree. It's also so sad for his children and the circus that they will one day see through media coverage.
